Customer-Supplied Equipment Acknowledgement
Use when the customer provides products, mounts, cameras, devices or materials.
I confirm that I own or am authorized to provide the equipment listed in the work order. I understand that Aurxio will perform a reasonable visual and compatibility review but does not manufacture the equipment and cannot guarantee that it is complete, defect-free, supported or compatible with the property or other systems.
- I will disclose known damage, missing parts, passwords, account locks and previous installation problems.
- Aurxio may refuse equipment that appears unsafe, counterfeit, damaged, unsuitable or incompatible.
- Manufacturer defects and product warranties remain subject to the manufacturer or seller's terms.
- Additional labour, travel or configuration required because of missing parts, defects, unsupported products, inaccurate information or manufacturer replacement is chargeable unless Aurxio caused the issue.
- Aurxio's workmanship warranty still applies to the installation work it performs.
