These Terms apply only if Aurxio offers or sells a gift card, electronic gift certificate, promotional credit or service voucher. The purchase page or certificate will identify the issuer, currency, value, eligible service area and any lawful restrictions.

1. Dollar-Value Gift Cards

A gift card purchased for a stated dollar value does not expire and is not subject to inactivity or service fees where British Columbia law prohibits those terms. It remains valid until the value is fully redeemed or lawfully replaced.

Gift-card requirements in the customer's jurisdiction apply where they provide greater protection.

2. Service Vouchers and Promotions

A voucher for a specific service, a free promotional credit or a charitable/promotional certificate may have an expiry date or special restriction where permitted by law. Any expiry date, geographic limit, booking condition or excluded charge will be disclosed clearly when the voucher is issued.

3. Using a Gift Card

Gift cards may be used toward eligible Aurxio services in the currency and service area stated on the certificate, subject to availability, lawful service delivery and the accepted quotation or work order. Taxes, travel, permits, materials or additional labour remain payable unless the certificate says they are included.

A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card, pay an existing overdue account, obtain cash or fund a refundable deposit unless Aurxio agrees or applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Balances and Partial Use

The customer may use part of a dollar-value gift card and retain the remaining balance. Aurxio will provide a reasonable way to check the balance. If the service price exceeds the balance, the customer must pay the difference using an accepted payment method.

5. Lost, Stolen or Misused Cards

Treat a gift card like cash. Aurxio may replace a lost or stolen card only where the purchaser provides proof of purchase and the original card number or transaction can be verified. A replacement cannot be issued for value already redeemed before the loss was reported.

Aurxio may suspend or cancel a gift card obtained or used through fraud, unauthorized payment, duplication, alteration or other unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

6. Refunds

Gift-card purchases are not refundable for change of mind unless the purchase terms or applicable law provide otherwise. A refund for a service purchased using a gift card will normally be returned to the gift-card balance unless law requires another method.

7. Canada and United States Programs

Canadian-dollar and U.S.-dollar gift cards must be operated as separate programs unless Aurxio expressly supports cross-border redemption. Currency conversion, state unclaimed-property obligations and local gift-card rules must be reviewed before U.S. gift cards are sold.
